1. Shipping Cost: Our shipping fees fluctuate depending on the ongoing offer.

2. Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days after the confirmation of payment. We appreciate your prompt payment to expedite the processing of your order.

3. Dispatch Days: We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

4. Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your order will take approximately 5-7 working days to reach you, depending on your location. We strive to ensure timely deliveries to enhance your overall shopping experience.

5. Tracking Information: For your convenience, a tracking ID will be provided to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy: To facilitate seamless delivery, please ensure that your provided shipping address is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or complications in the delivery process.

7. Refusal of Delivery: 

If a customer refuses to accept an order upon delivery:

Cash on Delivery (COD) will be disabled for all future purchases from their account.

Any partial payments made will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

For prepaid orders, a flat deduction of ₹150 will be applied to cover handling and shipping costs. The remaining amount will be credited as a gift card to your GemstoneGala account for future use.

8. International Shipping: For our international customers, please note that shipping times may vary based on your location. Shipping charges, additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Shipping Notifications: You will receive email notifications at key stages of the shipping process, including order confirmation, dispatch, and tracking information. Feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any inquiries regarding the status of your order.
